Getting started
Browse software by category from the homepage or use search to find products by name. Open a product profile to read reviews, compare pricing, and view screenshots.
Create a free buyer account to write reviews, save comparisons, and manage notification preferences from Account settings.
Writing a review
Log in, open a published product profile, and select the Reviews tab. Choose Write a Review and share your experience with the product.
Reviews are moderated before publication. You will receive email confirmation when your review is live. See our Community Guidelines for what we allow.
Vendor accounts and claiming
Vendors can claim an existing listing or create a new one from the Claim profile flow. Sign up as a vendor and verify your company email domain to manage the listing.
Free listed plans include core profile management and review collection. Premium plans add showcase pages, analytics, and review campaigns - see Vendor Pricing for details.
Account and password help
Reset a forgotten password from the Log in page using Forgot password. Reset links expire after a limited time for security.
Update your email, password, and security settings from Account → Security. For account access issues, email security@grid1x.com from your registered address.
Data export and deletion
Export or delete your account data from Account → Security → Privacy & data rights. Deletion requests are processed within thirty days, subject to legal retention requirements.
