What we do
Grid1x gives procurement, IT, and line-of-business buyers the data they need to shortlist vendors: structured product profiles, verified reviews, published pricing, vendor deals, and side-by-side comparisons. Compare on evidence, not slide decks.
For vendors, Grid1x is a demand channel at the point of evaluation - when buyers are comparing CRMs, project tools, help desks, and other categories side by side.
For buyers
Search and browse by category, segment, and Grid Score. Read reviews from verified users, compare up to four products on a single page, and open full product profiles with screenshots, pricing tiers, active deals, and alternatives.
Grid Reports and seasonal awards highlight category leaders based on review volume, satisfaction scores, and momentum - not pay-to-play placement.
For vendors
Claim your company profile, publish listings, and respond to reviews from the vendor portal. Listed is free: collect reviews, update core product details, publish deals, and appear in category browse and search.
Premium Listing adds a premium product page, profile analytics, review campaigns, badges, and Grid1x-exclusive offers. Plans and feature details are on our pricing page.
Reviews and Grid Score
Reviews on Grid1x come from verified buyers - users who authenticate their account and, where applicable, confirm product use through review campaigns or domain verification. We moderate for spam, conflicts of interest, and policy violations.
Grid Score is a 0–5 composite rating derived from review ratings, recency, and volume. It is displayed alongside star ratings and review counts on listings and comparison views.
Trust and compliance
Grid1x is built for enterprise buyers and vendors. We classify personal data, enforce vendor data isolation, support account export and deletion, and design features against SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA requirements where applicable.
